2. What we collect and why
a) If you email us
We process your email address and whatever you include in your message, solely to reply to you and, where relevant, to manage the commercial relationship.
- Legal basis: your consent in contacting us, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).
- Retention: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
b) If you book a call
Bookings are handled by Zoom Video Communications, which collects your name, email address and chosen time slot. That data is processed under Zoom's own privacy policy, and we use it only to hold the call you requested.
c) If you accept analytics cookies
We process browsing data (pages viewed, time on page, device type, traffic source and anonymized IP address) to understand how the site is used and improve it.
- Legal basis: your explicit consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and LSSI-CE art. 22.2).
- Retention: up to 14 months from your last visit.
3. Recipients and international transfers
We do not sell or share your data. The following providers may access it as data processors:
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4), only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Zoom Video Communications, for scheduling and running the video call.
- Hostinger International Ltd., as the web hosting provider.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
4. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw consent you have given, by writing to cesar@cesarsanchezmedia.com stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe your data is not being handled lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with your local supervisory authority.
5. Cookie policy
A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. This site sets no analytics cookies until you explicitly accept them in the banner shown on arrival.
